Watching Television
Some of you are aware I watch very little television. In fact for the last five years I haven't owned one. The reasons for this are many but as I watched people in an airport terminal waiting with me for a flight I couldn't help being struck again by the sight of vacant eyes drinking uncritically the 'download' of ideas and values being poured into them
